2024 Holiday Potluck Meeting
The annual CP Societies’ Holiday Potluck Bonanza coming up this Saturday, December 9th! There’ll be lots of good food (hopefully), lots of plants (hopefully) and plenty of good fellowship (almost certainly!)
When is it?
Saturday, December 9th, 2023 from 13:00 to 16:30.
Where will it be?
Tricon Residential offices, 15771 Red Hill Avenue, Tustin, Ca
What to bring
This is a Pot Luck so the advice is, bring something you like because if you like it, surely someone else will, too! This can be a main dish, a side dish, a desert, or even drinks. Bring whatever quantity you’re comfortable bringing. Please arrive on time with your food if possible.
There will be space for displaying or selling plants if you’d like to do that.
There will be a gift exchange, to participate, bring a wrapped gift valued at around $20. The gift exchange will be a “steal a gift” (up to two times) event. These are always pretty fun.
There will be a Toy Drive for those that have items to donate.
And if you got extra plants or plant related items you want to get rid of, there will also be a raffle to help raise funds to defray costs. Donating plants will earn you tickets (so maybe you’ll be trading your extra plants for ones you don’t have!) And please buy raffle tickets to help out your club, and increase your odds! (PSST! Special secret hint, wear your club’s t-shirt or other item and get bonus free tickets)
Sales and trades
There will be space for displaying or selling plants if you’d like to do that.
Get involved
We need help with setup, so arrive early if you can, and breakdown, so stay late if you can.
